Our Residential Process

Step 1 - Prep

Most projects are mechanically cleaned using high tech Wheelebrater Blastrac blasting equipment. This industrial strength machine is available in 4 various sizes and capabilities. All of this equipment is virtually dust-free.

Step 2 - Repair

Cracks, holes and joints are pre patched and filled with epoxy material, not cementious. Our fill material is rated 7000 to 12000 psi whereas modified concrete is on average 4000 psi.

Step 3 - Install

Specified system is installed while all along being inspected to meet high qualifications. Most residential garage installations are completed in about 2 days, in some cases a one day turn around.

Our Industrial Process

Installations in Industrial, Commercial and Automotive locations are much more complex due to many things. A few of these are time constraints under which we are required to work, the congestion of the jobsite, and multiple colors being used to designate special areas. These can either be two different colors or color striping. Many times there is special prep work necessary to completely clean the floor and can be much more involved due to other products that have contaminated the floors. Some examples are:

• Food Facilities - fatty acids or citrus acids
• Automobile Dealership and Service Areas - Battery Acid and Lubricants
• Manufacturing Facilities - Lubricants conatining many different contaminants

All of these require a combinationof mechanical and chemical cleaning techniques
