Our flooring is made of 100% solids epoxy designed for residential garages where slip resistance, ease of maintenance and cosmetics are a major consideration. There is no objectional odor. This system has been formulated with excellent resistance to a wide variety of harmful chemical spills while possessing good UV resistance. It is available in Solid or Multi-color Quartz.

In Chicago area, our most popular system last year had been 1/16th in to 1/8th in color quartz system. It can be done in multi-color or solid color starting at $3.00 per square foot. Cost is determined by size and scope of work.

INDUSTRIAL SERVICES

Here is a listing of our services available to for industrial customers:

1. Thin mil coating - 11 to 32 mils - A two-component 100% solids epoxy installation, either as a 2 or 3 coat system. Can either be clear or pigmented. This is the most cost effective system with good wear.
2. Epoxy Color Quartz System - 1/16th inch to 1/8th inch - A three-component system for moderate to heavy traffic, highly decorative. This is used in industrial, commercial and residential.
3. Overlay System - 1/8th inch to 5/16th inch - A three-component system mixed as an epoxy mortar to restore badly worn concrete used mainly in industry for extreme heavy traffic.
4. Crack and Spalled Construction Joint Repairs - A hybrid mix of epoxy with elastic properties. This is used to repair cracks in concrete pads and to fill construction joints where cleanability is required and meets FDA and USDA regulations.
5. Epoxy Striping - A two-component 100% solids epoxy is used in warehouses, auto dealership service departments and industrial locations where a crisp straight line is required. This is a very high wearing stripe.
6. Stained Concrete - A highly decorative system that can be installed on either existing concrete or new concrete using saw-cuts to create patterns. It is usually installed wtih a top-coat of urethane or epoxy for a high gloss in both commercial and residential facilities.
7. Stamped Concrete - A high strength decorative cementious system used in commercial and residential applications. Various patterns and colors are available. This system can be used in interior or exterior locations.
